I first taught at Mount Snow in Vermont, and got my Level I there. I then taught at Keystone in Colorado, and now I am returning to Vermont, to Stowe, where I will be training for the Level III. In Australia, I have taught at Perisher Blue, Charlotte Pass, Falls Creek and Mount Baw Baw. This site features some information about where I live (Canberra), with photos, words and links that show a bit about my hometown and what we do there. There is also a piece on skiing in Australia, as it is unique to Australia, with very different trees, snow, social setups and weather. There's some pictures there too, and a few of my favourite Aussie snow sites. I have also done a section on internet skiing resources which is in no way exhaustive, just sites I find enjoyable and useful. There are links to some previous webpages I did, which were travelogues of trips I did in the US and Canada with people "from the internet", before I took up ski instructing. Finally, there are some of my own skiing tips. These are the things I find people in my lessons asking about, or things I've observed as common threads in people learning to ski. I hope you enjoy the site! If you want to get
in touch with me, here's my email, or you can find me in my white office
at Stowe until April 2004!
